How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped in 2–4. Most orders arrive within 4–6 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Contact us right away at hello@primal-storm.com and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel a one-time order?
Email us immediately. Once processing has started, we can’t guarantee a cancellation.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Carrier scans can lag. If nothing changes for a few days, email us your order number and we’ll check with the carrier.
How does the subscription work?
It ships every 4 weeks at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
In the customer portal, by email to hello@primal-storm.com, or with the link in your order confirmation email. Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Can I get a refund on a processed subscription charge?
Charges that have already been processed aren’t refunded. Returns follow our refund policy.
Do free gifts ship with every refill?
No. Gifts come with your first subscription order only.
What’s your return policy?
You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. Email us first; items must be unopened, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the return is our mistake (damaged, defective or wrong item).
When do I get my refund?
Within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, on your original payment method.
Can I take it with medication?
Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication.
