Cancellation policy

This policy explains how you can purchase, manage, and cancel one‑time and subscription orders from Primal Storm.


One‑Time Purchases

When you purchase a one‑time product, payment is collected in full at checkout. Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you wish to cancel before shipment, please contact hello@primal-storm.com immediately.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries every 4 weeks until you cancel.

Subscription Terms:

  • Price: The amount shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged for each 4 week delivery, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Billing Frequency: Your stored payment method will be charged automatically every month on your billing date.
  • Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel.
  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next term's delivery, you must cancel at least 5 working days before your next billing date.
  • How to Cancel: 
    • Log into your Shop Account and click Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription.
    • Or click Cancel subscription link in your order confirmation email.
    • Or email us at hello@primal-storm.com with your cancellation request.
  • Refunds: We do not issue refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed. See our Refund Policy for eligibility on returns.

Your Consent:
By completing a subscription purchase, you:

  1. Agree that your subscription will renew automatically every 4 weeks
  2. Authorize Primal Storm to charge your stored payment method for each renewal at the stated price until you cancel.
  3. Confirm you have reviewed and agree to our Refund Policy.
